Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator on behalf of a leading client based in the Epsom area who work within the retail sector. The main scope of this role will be to provide efficient and effective support to Clients through a variety of different means.
Duties will include:
- Give first line advice and guidance to customers and accounts managers with strong resolutions to any issues
- Setting up new client user accounts
- Overcoming ordering issues on the Ecommerce system
- Guiding customers through the process
- Troubleshooting and logging technical issues which may occur on the Ecommerce platform
- Monitor and analyse ecommerce performance metrics
Experience Required
- Have Sales Order processing experience so you understand the process involved
- Be a strong problem solver with good IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- GCSES C and above in Maths and English
- IT proficient
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable
