Kenneth Brian Associates are looking for a confident and detail orientated coordinator to join a leading product manufacturer selling to the retail industry based in Kingston. This role is initially a 1 year FTC, however there is every possibility it could become permanent for the right person!
You will be supporting the sales team by account managing clients ordering demands, gap analysis, developing sales material and much more!
Duties will include:
- Build presentations for internal and external meetings
- Gap Analysis - pricing, product, competitor activity
- Developing sale material if needed to support sales team
- Auditing of customer website ensuring everything is up to date and correct
- Attending trade shows
- Handle complaints, delivery issues and shortages
Experience Required:
- Degree/GCSEs grade C and above in Maths and English
- Computer literate and have experience with MS Office - excel skills, VLookups, pivot tables
- Confident communicator and keen to get your teeth stuck in with a bubbly personality
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Live locally to Kingston and happy to do hybrid working
