Sales Support

Kenneth Brian is looking for a bright and sales orientated person for an amazing temporary opportunity to join our esteemed client based in Sutton.  Working alongside the Sales managers you will be finding & adding relevant new contacts to the database to identify & verify new accounts, contacts and projects. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to develop their Sales and/or Marketing knowledge. 

This is a 3-month temporary position however there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent.

Duties include:

•Maintaining & updating Customer Relationship Management system.

•Working with the sales team to identify new leads for projects, evaluating such leads across multiple systems.

•Reviewing opportunities of low value, to identify stage & update with notes to reflect any updates

•Running monthly reports to identify opportunities due to close imminently, and ensuring data is accurate

•Sourcing and reviewing external systems, publications & websites to find new contacts & leads

•Building strong relationships with both external customers, External Sales team, Marketing, Sector heads and other internal teams. 

•Reviewing current processes to find new improved working practices

•Carrying out ad hoc tasks.

Skills:

• Good use of Excel and the ability to pick up on using different systems
• Confident and appropriate telephone manner
• Able to work on a daily basis
• Ideally educated to a degree
• Ideally live local to Sutton
