Kenneth Brian Associates are looking to hire an experienced Assistant Accountant to join a very established team based in Redhill. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and will be within commutable distance of Redhill
Duties:
- Prepare financial reports like profit and loss, trial balance and balance sheet
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Assisting with year-end accounts
- Purchase ledger postings
- Sales Invoices
- Posting Barclay Card statement reconciliation
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Creating Budget templates
- Processing P11D
- Assistance with locating files and paperwork during audits
- Raising purchase orders
- Assistance with expenses reconciliation
About you:
- Highly numerate
- Excellent analytical, data and spreadsheeting skills
- The ability to communicate with non-finance people in a clear and understandable way
- Excellent system skills
- A passion for getting things right
- Good time management and the ability to work well with people in a team
- The ability to break down a complex problem into manageable chunks and deal with these
