Our client is a market leading business based in the heart of Guildford.
An exciting opportunity has been created for a Finance Operations Manager, to be based in Guildford supporting the Finance Director with all aspects of financial operations within a fast-paced, high volume transactional environment.
This is a high profile, critical role and an exciting time to join this business as they continue to diversify and target new market opportunities both organically and through acquisition.
Responsibilities to include:
- Oversee financial and operations teams managing cash, supplier payments, reporting and reconciliation, transactional management, accounting and controls.
- Providing expert advice in these areas, with focus on efficiency, supporting business growth, maximising cash flow and managing business risk and compliance.
- Responsible for business projects including systems and process improvements and the management of new and existing supplier initiatives and relationships.
- Support the Finance team in identifying opportunities to run processes more efficiently utilising automation.
The successful candidate will have a track record of people leadership within large scale finance operations and transactional finance environments.
You will be accustomed to high volume and fast-paced environments and have a continuous improvement mindset. First class communication skills will be essential.
