Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a company in Chessington who are seeking an Administrator to join their team. They are looking for someone who has at least one year experience within an administration/ customer service role.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Responding to emails and any telephone calls
- Working on a clean up project within the department so assistant others where necesssary
- Providing administration duties
- Filing/Scanning files and uploading to relevant systems
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with minimum 5 grade A-C to include Maths and English
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Minimum 1 year experience of Customer Service and/or Administration
- Accuracy and attention to detail
