Marketing Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic client based in Epsom who are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but successful growing company who work with some of the biggest brands! This would be a stand alone position with plenty of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a communications plan to increase awareness
• Develop the annual marketing plan
• Develop and grow the digital presence through their website and social media platforms, engaging with appropriate industry organisations
• Manage the team effectively to ensure marketing collateral is created within branding guidelines
• Budget management and setting
• Provide regular reports on marketing activity KPI’s

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a B2B marketing roles.
• Strong rapport building skills.
• Previous lead generation experience would be preferred but not necessary.
• Able to work within a small growing company where no two days are the same and happy to get stuck in and help where needed.
