Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing company looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality commercial projects across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initial assessments of project sites in collaboration with the sales team, offering strategic recommendations on equipment setup and installation logistics to enhance project efficiency.
  • Develop clear layout diagrams that outline the positioning of equipment and cable management for installations, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial site assessments to final project handover, ensuring all objectives are met and providing guidance to the engineering team as needed.
  • Facilitate the procurement and timely delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors and the engineering team to prevent delays.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct thorough site evaluations during the pre-sales phase, advising on optimal layouts and addressing potential installation challenges specific to each project.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to project progress, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of updates and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the engineering team, providing support and solutions on-site to overcome challenges that may arise during the installation process.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of B2B project management experience in a technical environment, with a proven history of successful project delivery.
  • Experience working with contractors, including health and safety implementation onsite.
  • Project management qualifications such as Prince 2 would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving license and own transportation.
