Key Responsibilities
- Managing Financial Accounts Assistant
- Understand and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
- Manage monthly intercompany management recharge process
- Assist/prepare Monthly Management accounts analysis for overhead costs
- Assist with year-end audit function and processes
- Learn and help maintain daily cashflow forecasting in conjunction with Financial Controller and Accounts Payable Manager
- Forecasting costs and revenues
- Manage tax payments
- Support the Financial Controller in tax matters relating to overseas tax jurisdictions.
- Assist in budget and forecast preparation
- Learn as backup to perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Learn as backup to perform quarterly VAT submissions and work to improve ongoing transactional VAT reporting
- Take responsibility for your own learning, always seeking out new ways to learn and grow, for your own and the company’s benefit.
- Be open to giving and receiving great feedback from your managers and peers with a view to improving your performance.
- Develop the Financial Accounts Assistant

Who we are looking for.
- Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
- Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
- Time-management abilities
- Confidentiality
- Qualified Accountant either by experience or relevant qualification
- Demonstrates passion and approaches all tasks in an enthusiastic way
