Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a Wallington based company, who are seeking an individual with a strong Customer Service background to join their team. 

This is a newly created position, so it is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop and really make the role your own. 

Specific responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring that orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Handling customer queries in a professional manner
  • Customer invoices and credits
  • Liaising with customers to resolve any issues
  • Reviewing customer credit ratings
  • Administration of customer accounts
  • Logging and managing customer complaints
  • Providing quotations and pricing information
  • Dealing with returns, ensuring processes are followed
  • Liaising with Sales Director and Account Managers 

To be considered for this role, you will need the following: 

  • Strong Customer Service background in a B2B environment
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Administrative skills, IT literacy and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to use your initiative, and to be continuously looking for ways to improve
  • Some supervisory experience would be beneficial
