Accounts Assistant

Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for an growing business based in Sevenoaks who are on the search for an Accounts Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities will Include:

• Performing bank reconciliations, credit control, and process expense claims.
• Reconciling company credit cards and process VAT returns.
• Ensure timely invoicing and submission to client portals.
• Management of suppliers and ensuring timely payment of invoices
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow ups
• General adhoc tasks

To be successful you'll possess:

• Experience with Xero
• Confident in using Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communicator, both in person and on the phone.
• Quick learner and eager to take on new challenges.
