Kenneth Brian Associates are exclusively recruiting for a privately established health care business based in Surrey.

Reporting to the CEO and COO this highly exciting role will form part of the Senior Leadership Team and will help support the organisation with the next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant and experienced finance leader who has a proven track record of operating in leadership roles within the NHS or Private healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading on all finance activities, both transactional and strategic
  • Act as a business partner to the CEO and COO
  • Management of a small finance team
  • Year-end accounts, budgets, forecasting, payroll, KPI's, tax compliance
  • SLT reporting, investment analysis, revenue recognition, profit management
  • Driving continuous improvement in all finance systems and processes.

Key skills/experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Background of working within the NHS or Healthcare sector.
  • A self-starter who can operate in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
  • Excellent systems skills.
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills
