Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a highly skilled payroll professional to join a growing company in Epsom. As the Payroll Supervisor you will own the end-to-end payroll process and work closely with the Head of Payroll and the wider Finance Team.

The Role:

  • Processing payroll for bank staff, working variable hours and salaried staff monthly
  • Managing sickness deductions, absence deductions, overtime payments and numerous ad-hoc payments and deductions
  • Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and ensuring the payroll system is updated accordingly with statutory figures
  • Monthly HMRC compliance - RTI, FPS and period end
  • Producing P45s, P11Ds and P60s
  • Running tax year end
  • Managing the Payroll inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Monthly reporting for Directors
  • Frequent communication with HR along with monthly meetings
  • Continuously improving processes to ensure efficiencies

About You:

  • At least 5 years Payroll experience
  • Advanced Excel - vlookups, pivot tables
  • Experience managing a payroll with variable and contracted hours.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
