Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a part-time Administrator to join a dynamic and growing charity based in Wimbledon. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9-3pm so would be perfect for someone who is looking for work during school hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors
- Scan and organise invoices, remittances, and other key documents
- Reconcile and manage petty cash for the office
- Track and update staff training, leave, and sickness records
- Assist with the recruitment process (preparing folders, obtaining references, tracking DBS checks)
- Handle social media updates, create newsletters, and audit staff records
- Take minutes during staff meetings and ensure action points are followed up
- Liaise with discharge teams to manage home vacancies
- Support the Director with various administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and policy compliance
