Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established client based in Chessington, who are looking for a new Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
Working as part of a busy and lively team, this role is very varied and will encompass customer account management, order processing and providing support to the Sales team.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and quotations on the phone, via email and online, and occasionally face to face
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered with every customer interaction
- Providing accurate and up to date product information to customers
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure accurate after sales information is provided to customers
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Processing payments
- Various administrative responsibilities
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to respond to customer emails in a professional manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Self motivated with the desire to develop and progress
