Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-established Financial Services provider in the Epsom area, who are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
The role of Customer Service Representative is varied and interesting, and the team are responsible for ensuring that customers’ needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Answering telephone calls from customers and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Carrying out a range of administrative tasks, to manage and maintain customer accounts
- Responding to emails accurately and concisely
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction with every contact
- Maintaining customer records
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with minimum 5 grade A-C to include Maths and English
- Previous experience of Customer Service and/or Administration
- Some Financial Services experience would be beneficial; this could be from a bank, building society or other financial organisation
- Ability to multi-task
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
Hours of work are on a rota between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, with one Saturday a month 9am-12pm.
