Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious client based in the Epsom area, who are seeking an individual to join their Customer Retentions team.
The focus of this role is to retain existing customers who are considering alternative options, offering them preferential terms in order to retain their custom.
Day to day responsibilities of the role will involve:
- Managing and retaining a portfolio of customers
- Proactively contacting customers who are considering alternative options
- Exploring their available options, in order to retain their custom
- Offering customers tailored quotations, ensuring the best outcome for the customer
- Liaising with third parties
- Managing referrals from internal staff
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Previous experience in a proactive/sales focused environment
- Confident, professional and customer focused
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
