Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious client based in the Epsom area, who are seeking an individual to join their Customer Arrears team.
The focus of this role is to work with customers during periods of financial difficulty to ensure the best outcome for them and for the business.
Day to day responsibilities of the role will involve:
- Supporting customers who are in financial difficulties
- Managing customer accounts and resolving issues in line with policies and procedures
- Identifying solutions to ensure positive outcomes, including repayment plans
- Maintaining a high level of customer care and consideration of customers’ financial circumstances
- Ensuring that collections processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements, especially relating to vulnerable customers
- Resolving queries and concerns in a customer-focused manner
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer arrears focused role
- Confident, professional and empathetic manner
- Understanding of regulations within a financial services environment
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
