Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for a dynamic business based in Wimbledon. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for providing sales support to their Sales team.
Duties:
- Supporting the Sales team and arranging new client meetings.
- Logging quotations
- Handling enquiries into their systems, creating sales quotes.
- Processing customer purchase orders using the ERP system
- Working with the projects team
- Collaborating and providing support to other departments, processing orders.
To be successful you'll possess:
- Experience working within a previous Sales Administrative role.
- Prior experience of using different systems such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Keen negotiator - The ability to challenge.
- An excellent communicator who is able to work in a busy yet fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical and ability to produce clear and concise letters or reports.
- Interpersonal skills - able to create or maintain professional relationships.
The salary is dependent upon experience.
